Project Objectives:

The "We Care for our future" project aimed to increase youth awareness on environmental issues, especially the right to a healthy environment. 

The project was implemented through three-year phases. The first phase included the founding of an education and awareness module on the right for a healthy environment, especially for marine life, within the school curriculum and extracurricular activities. The second phase involved establishing eco-clubs within the participating schools, and implementing the educational module formulated in the first phase. The project ended with developing communication materials and conducting workshops related to environment.

Outstanding Achievements:

• Established an environmental model exhibition in Aqaba, advocating for the conservation of the fragile marine environment.
• Produced several publications and awareness tools, which spread awareness to wider audiences.
• Established six new eco-clubs, which strengthened the eco-schools program in Aqaba.
